Nalu Bay Swimwear & Babes in Toyland Swim Week

Our take

Nalu Bay Swimwear and Babes in Toyland Charity are set to showcase an exciting Swim Week Fashion Show in Miami this May. While the opportunity to walk for this event is enticing, potential participants should exercise caution. Although the organization has a history of collaboration, there are hints of a more provocative atmosphere that may not align with everyone’s comfort levels. It’s essential to gather insights from others who have experience with this event to ensure a positive and authentic experience during Swim Week.

Is anyone familiar with Nalu Bay Swimwear (@nalubayswimwear on IG) and Babes in Toyland Charity (@babesintoylandcharity) Swim Week Fashion Show?

I was invited to walk for this show (in Miami in May) however, the organization offering to sponsor travel and lodging (in exchange to represent the organization) is maybe questionable? Not a scam necessarily, as I have worked with the organization before, however it seemed more like a OF type of situation (nothing was ever forced or pressured so maybe it was more like the girls themselves were looking for that type of content)

At glance it seems like a good opportunity but I’m just not sure so just wanted to see if anyone has any info/advice. Looking at their socials, the shows seem very normal Swim Week type of thing.

I’d love to walk in Swim Week, but not trying to get roped into any OF related/type of thing as it’s personally not for me haha.
