Question about agency meeting two weeks ago?

It has been two weeks since my video meeting with a scout from the agency on April 7th, where I was told to expect a response within that timeframe. Despite my follow-up email sent yesterday, I have yet to receive any communication. I’m eager to know the outcome and would like advice on the best next steps to take in this situation. Should I follow up again, or is there an alternative approach I should consider to ensure I receive a response?
