Switching CRMS (Honeybook)

Our take

Navigating the decision to switch from Honeybook can be daunting, especially when you're paying $60 a month for a platform you love and know well. With multiple session types and a reliance on their automation features, downgrading is not an option. The challenge of managing active clients and ongoing projects adds to the complexity of this transition. Has anyone successfully moved to another CRM and maintained a smooth workflow? Your insights and experiences could provide valuable guidance for those considering a change.

Has anyone switched from Honeybook to another platform to manage their business?

I'm currently paying $60 a month just for my CRM (not including my website or gallery delivery platform), and I don't know how to justify it anymore.

I LOVE Honeybook and I understand it's interface well, so it really sucks to consider uprooting and switching. I don't even know how I'd do it with how many active clients and projects I have right now, but it has gotten so incredibly expensive.

I can't downgrade to the standard plan because I have multiple different session types and I do utilize their automations feature.

Has anyone switched platforms and had a smooth transition? Please help!
