How do I get more clients in gig photography

I'm 17 w/o a driving license so I am aware that makes this extremely hard ASPECIALLY living in Wales where busses are rubbish and it's possible but unrealistic to walk to most local venues.

but so far I'm only getting 2 clients per month and I charge £50 for 20 photos.

so far I've only done cold calls (I think that's what it's called) where I reach out to local musicians about their upcoming shows but I really want them to come to me or for a venue to hire me for weekend work just anything atp.
