Formula Doing Something infinitely Essentially?

So essentially I'd want something like this formula:

=IF(OR((AND(C5=2,B5=3)),AND(C6=2,B6=4)),2,"Unknown")

But in the Or, the variables go C7=2,B7=5 etc. Is there a way to do this without doing it manually? Thanks.
