Populating tables based on another one

I have been trying to find the answer for this but nothing has worked - I have tried filters, if statements and various lookups but haven't been able to get the result looking for. It would either give an error or state that I do not have enough variables. I did manage to get a list of just customers with false values where it didn't match, but was not sure how to get that to also bring ticket values and filter out the false lines.

This is an example of the information I am looking at (it's capacity planning)

What I am trying to do is get the tables to populate with a list of customer and the ticket numbers per each employee separating them into primary and secondary(deputy).

I do want to be able to do further calculations after that but this is the main thing need at the moment and honestly if its not possible that would be good to know before I loose my mind trying every variation of every formula I can find
