Moisturizer for extremely dry skin.

I live in an extremely dry area and and I usually use Burt’s Bees Almond Goat’s Milk Hand Cream for my face. It’s a bit greasy and oily but that’s why I like it. They no longer carry it here, though. I previously used the old school Oil of Olay nighttime hydration cream- the one that existed from at least the mid 2000s until maybe 2015 or so and was in a purplish bluish bottle with a black top. It was great at hydration and I’d use it in the morning. Lol. It was a small little tub and like $29.99 or something which was expensive for the drugstore at the time. I see some similar products but not that one. Plus it was fragrance free. What is the most hydrating product at the drugstore these days? TIA!
