Trump Threatens To Blow Up Iran If No Deal Is Struck In The Next 48 Hours

Tensions between the United States and Iran have risen after Donald Trump warned that the US could take major military action if Iran does not agree to a deal within 48 hours.
The warning comes while both sides remain in talks over access to the Strait of Hormuz, one of the world’s most important maritime routes for oil and trade.
In interviews with US media, Trump said he expects Iran to agree to a deal within days. He said that if no agreement is reached, the US could carry out large-scale strikes across the country.
He mentioned that bridges, power plants and other infrastructure could be targeted, while adding that very little would be off limits. When asked about civilian infrastructure, he said he did not want to go into details.
Trump also said he has not ruled out sending ground troops, although he does not think it will be necessary. He added that Iran has had enough time to make a deal and warned that if it refuses, the country could face serious consequences.
The US demand is focused on Iran reopening the Strait of Hormuz to international shipping. Trump has linked the deadline directly to this issue and warned that if Iran does not fully allow passage, action could follow. He also repeated this message on social media, warning Tehran of severe consequences if the strait is not opened.
Iran has responded by saying the strait is not fully closed but access depends on the country operating the ships. Officials said vessels from countries they consider hostile may not be allowed to pass safely, while others can continue to use the route.
Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said the strait remains under Iran’s control and described the region as a war zone. He stated that Iran sees no reason to allow ships linked to its enemies to pass but said the route remains open to others.
There have already been incidents near the strait. Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said it carried out a drone strike on an Israeli-linked container ship near the route.
The attack has not been officially confirmed by the US or Israel, but it has increased concerns in the shipping industry.
At the same time, indirect talks are ongoing with the help of mediators, including Pakistan. A proposal has been shared with Iran, but Iranian officials have said they are not satisfied with the terms. Per reports, mediators are still trying to reach at least a temporary agreement.
1/ Your reckless moves are dragging the United States into a living HELL for every single family, and our whole region is going to burn because you insist on following Netanyahu’s commands.
Make no mistake: You won’t gain anything through war crimes.

Iranian parliament speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf criticised the US warning and said such actions could lead to wider conflict in the region. He said the situation could affect not just Iran but other countries as well.
Trump has claimed that Iran has already been heavily damaged and said the situation will worsen if no deal is reached. He also said there is a chance of an agreement but added that he is not sure how Iran will respond.
The Strait of Hormuz is a key route for oil and gas shipments, and any disruption could affect global shipping, tanker movements and insurance costs. Ship operators and traders are waiting to see whether a deal is reached before the deadline.
