What destination to travel to for a long weekend in France?

I have an Air France voucher that needs to be used up before May 4th. I only have limited PTO available and can take off from Apr 30 - May 4. What would be a good destination to travel to in France for a long weekend basically? We're already going to Paris in June so would like to avoid traveling there again. We will also have an 8-month old with us if that changes anything.

Initially we were planning to travel to Nice (AF flies there directly) but don't know if it will be too cold still at this time of year. We'd prefer to go somewhere historical or cute countryside village if Nice is not an option. Another option is flying into Paris and taking a train somewhere but with the limited time available don't know if that is worth it.
