Struggling with eyeliner on hooded eyes and a hidden crease. Any tips?

I have hooded eyes with a hidden crease, and eyeliner has been such a challenge for me. I’m trying to get both a simple everyday line and a small cat eye to look clean, but the shape keeps changing depending on how my lids fold. Sometimes the wing disappears, sometimes the line looks uneven, and sometimes it smudges right into the crease. I’ve practiced a lot and watched so many tutorials, but it still feels hit or miss.

If anyone with similar eye shapes has found techniques that actually make eyeliner easier and more consistent, I’d really love to hear them. I’m especially curious about what helps keep the wing visible when the eyes are open.

I also have trouble with tightlining because I blink a lot and it feels ticklish, plus my lashes get in the way. If you’ve found a way to make tightlining more comfortable, I’d appreciate any advice.

Thanks so much for any help.
