Day 300 of drawing one chicken per day

Day 300 of drawing one chicken per day

Thought I'd share since it might be appreciated in this group. My kids (6 and 4) got increasingly frustrated with their drawing abilities. I told them I gave up drawing probably 25 odd years ago because of the same frustration (and being told by my parents I wasn't any good). Seeing our chickens outside in the coop, I told them, you keep drawing, I'll start drawing one chicken per day. First I left a little A6 on their breakfast table (I leave for work before they get up) then for my Birthday they gave me my very first drawing journal which they inspect every day.

Here's a couple of my chickens per day 😁
