Why is framing the hardest part of photography?
Finally got some shots printed couple 11x14s, one 16x20, matte paper and thought i was basically done.tums out that was the easy part😅
Now i am stuck comparing mat sizes 2” vs 3" frame depth, black vs natural wood glass vs acrylic, uv, vs regular. like how did this turn into a whole second hobby? even trying to keep it simple somehow is not simple once you want it to actually look good on the wall.
I have had these prints just sitting there for days because every time i start looking at frames i end up overthinking it and closing the tab lol.
How do you guys handle this? do you just pick a default style and stick with it or actually dial in each print? also how much does stuff like archival mats or uv glass even matter in real life?
