I know- lay or crow… but any guesses?

I’m 9 weeks in to chickens and learning straight run is risky. Seems we ended up with a high roo count out of the batch. These 2 are from cackle hatchery their “crazy cackle zombie” mix, we have a 3rd that looks like the black one but he just started his silly sounding crowing this week. Both of these are 9 weeks old in 2 days. Neither have shown any of the posturing behavior, more “get off me” when others are annoying like the confirmed pullers- but then again so did the 3rd that just started crowing. 🙃 I hate ya can’t keep them all. Thanks in advance for the guesses. Multiple pics of each one to try and assist.
