Excel returns a non-zero result for a calculation that should be zero

=8400*(0.9-0.6-0.3)

Mathematically, this should evaluate to 0.

However, Excel returns:

0.0000000000000466

This seems inconsistent with expected arithmetic behavior.

Is this just floating point precision, or something else?
