Mineral Sunscreen Advice...

I have been using sunscreen regularly for years due to a recurring skin issue. I have used many different brands of mineral and chemical sunscreens - both low cost and pricier.

For chemical, I have settled on Skin Aqua b/c for me, it's just the best. It goes on super easy, doesn't feel like I have a coating of crap on my skin, doesn't sting my eyes when sweating, washes off easily and it is extremely effective.

For mineral, it's been a journey. Again, for me, I have found CoTZ to be the least greasy, the least white cast, the least heavy feeling and it's effective. I have used store-bought affordable brands and other more expensive brands such as Tizo, all to no avail. So, it's been CoTZ for the past year. I like to have a mineral alternative to chemical, and I switch based on need.

I just got my first tube of EltaMD UV Skin Recovery, and I find it to be amazing on all fronts. The cost is one factor that might limit my continuing to buy it.

So my question to you folks that know more about these products - is there a more cost effective brand that is similar to EltaMD mineral, or is it just totally unique in the market?

TIA for your help!
