Suggestions for Indonesia

I’ve been looking to do a trip in Indonesia around September end to early October (approximately 10 days). I’m looking to get my diving certifications (at least the open water!).

I’ve been considering Gili Islands for my certifications, and the boat trip in Komodo. One issue that I’m facing is that the boat trips start on Friday, and my dates are Friday to Sunday, so does anybody know any good liveaboards for any other days?

I’m not on a tight budget but also not looking to spend too much on the boat trip, something comfortable. Also, any recommendations on diving schools in Gili or any budget diving liveaboards in Komodo are welcome. Any suggestions for diving apart from these places are also welcome!

I also want to explore a bit (love adventures!) and not making this just about diving, but not very inclined to Ubud, etc.
