The Unseen Frames of a Creative's Darkest Season

Back around December 2023, a journalist found himself in a dark period, and that was the last time he felt truly, holistically making images for himself. He shares the unseen frames from that season, the ones we never post. There is something quietly powerful about the photographs we keep hidden; they may be our very best work, unrecognized. This raw, intimate reflection on creative authenticity pairs beautifully with our earlier piece on *The Art of the Unfiltered Frame*.
